I love the community at Unity Yoga. Been coming here for several years now. Good variety of classes. The studio is the perfect, serene space to connect inward. Super welcoming and accessible for any level of yogi !
This is a gem of a yoga studio tucked away in Mount Juliet. The instructors are all knowledgeable and extremely helpful and kind. Overall, there is just a beautiful community vibe here. Love this studio!
I am so thankful I found Unity Yoga because I have found community! I have made friends and am constantly encouraged by the instructors here. Joy made me feel welcome from day one, and I have seen physical progress and experienced emotional and mental growth since I started coming. Unity yoga is amazing, and I cannot recommend Joy and her instructors enough. The feeling of being a part of the community here is more than I expected. I have found yoga to be challenging, restorative, annd so much more than I expected. I am so excited I found Unity Yoga Room.
