KC returned my call in a timely manner so that I could inquire about a home inspection. As a first time home buyer, I was unsure of what to expect. KC walked me through the entire process. I was able to be present for the home inspection. He was extremely thorough as he checked the home. At the end of the inspection, he gave me a brief overview on what he would report on, and he also pointed out things at the home that he would address. I was extremely pleased with the amount of detail and kindness shown by KC. The detailed report was sent to me that same afternoon with ways to fix any problems! I appreciate the way he conducted himself and his honesty when inspecting the house. I hope to never move again...but if I do, I'll use KC again for his thorough and professional expertise!

The work that Mark and his crew perform, is top notch! You won't find another local grading and excavating company that produces the quality that Mark does. We needed an entrance created for our property, straight off the road. This entrance had to cross over a creek, install 36ft by 5 ft in diameter tile in creek, be built up to the level of the road, and be able to be integrated into our future driveway. Mark was able to envision what we wanted and make it happen in less than 2 weeks. He also created us an additional side service road then seeded and sewed grass once he was finished. Literally the best Earth movers! Highly recommend them and we only use them for all of grading needs!
We could not decide on a color. We have a brick ranch home with a black roof. Mike helped us pick a color that at first I was like ? BUT WOW!!! This team is amazing! They arrived on time, did beautiful work, were efficient and when they left you would never have known they were here! Cleaned up absolutely every nail and metal pieces.
