We recently had a fence installed by McCall Fencing and could not be happier with both the quality of the work and the customer service after the install. A few weeks after the fence was put up, the gate became difficult to lock due to a little settling. We called to see if there was anything that could be done, and the very next morning they sent Kevin out to take a look.
Kevin spent hours making sure everything was fixed correctly instead of just putting a temporary fix on it. He even had to take a bracket back to the shop to get it lined up properly after the fence had settled. Contacted McCall Fencing to put up a split-rail along one property line in our back yard. Eric came out and took some measurements. He spent some time with my wife and me and answered all our questions. He told us they were five weeks out on scheduling. Turned out to be about three weeks. Dale and Austin came out to do the work. Dale made sure each post was plumb in both directions and also made sure the fence stayed back about six inches from the property line-something that was important to me. All in all, the fence looks great.
