“Twelve Stone is fantastic! We have only been 1 time so far, but our first visit was great. I had some questions about my mom's infusion dose and before giving it they made sure to verify. This caused them to run behind, but getting my questions answered before starting was their top priority. The communication, professionalism, and attentiveness was top notch. I like the privacy of their infusion suites vs her previous infusion center. My mom was very comfortable from the moment we arrived. Not only did mom have a comfortable chair to relax in during her infusion, but I did as well. The snacks and personal tv was an added bonus. I would highly recommend!“

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Cherokee health systems over Alcoa. For many years I was throw to the back burner at the Alcoa office.. I was huffed at when I would call I never could get my mental health medicine on time they would make me wait 3 & 4 days for it to be filled knowing I had problems. For years I went back & forth till I got fed up with them & switched to the Lenior city office been with them for almost 3 or 4 years when I say this office is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED it is Hannah Raines is ABSOLUTELY THE MOST WONDERFUL DOCTOR YOU COULD EVER ASK FOR!!! When going to the Alcoa office i kept running a low grade fever for almost 3 years the Alcoa office never not 1 time checked or put the effort to check my gallbladder but when switched Hannah when ABOVE & BEYOND doing what a doctor does checks to see if my gallbladder was bad & sure enough I had 8 lodged that when I had the stomach scan done. After all them years of being miserable I had finally gotten the results back that I needed! I just to let everyone know I had my gallbladder surgery & if it wasn't for that 1 DOCTOR RAINES I would have still been Soo miserable to this day. My gallbladder was 3 times bigger then what it should have been but the whole is reason for such a long post is NEVER GIVE UP ON YOURSELF IF YOU FEEL LIKE IT ISN'T THE RIGHT ANSWER GET A 2nd opinion it changed my life!! I'm now able to get my life together & live it to the fullest so again THANK YOU SO MUCH HANNAH RAINES YOUR ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE DOCTOR!!!!“

“I originally came here to set up a PCP appointment for my self since I was new to the Knoxville area but I have been back and forth here for allergy shot injections every week and it’s definitely the best care I’ve gotten from doctors and medical staff (I’m a frequent flyer). They are extremely empathetic and timely, and have been VERY compassionate towards their patients and you can tell they care a lot about their clients treatment.I highly recommend any of the staff there as I’ve interacted with the majority of them and they were all so caring and sweet. From the front desk workers, to the nurses, medical assistants, PAs and the doctors, they are a wonderful group of individuals. They were very informative and even were transparent about being out of their scope of practice for allergenic issues. Because of this I unfortunately got referred somewhere else for injections and will sadly miss their genuine kindness and willingness to work with me. Thanks so much for yalls supportive nature and frontline work!“

Greateith my kids are 12 and 15 year and don't mind going there if there doctor's is closed! The place is always clean, with lots of parking, ,and there's never a wait or a lobby full of sick people! “From the time I'm greeted by Averie, Camden, or Erica at the front desk, this team of dedicated, caring, professional medical staff take care of my medical questions, scheduling, billing, my physical healing, and everything in between. They heal me when I've been too careless when I move or lift, or just wake up in pain. Chad and Reagan expertly take X-rays to give Dr. Nia the most accurate depiction of what ails me and Dr. Nia explains every step of the plan they have to heal my body. Dr. Dan and Scott are miracle workers, I mean, physical therapists. Their guidance heals with the intent of long term care and healing, never slacking and always efficient. Their assistance to Katie in therapy rehab is invaluable. Katie's care and guidance in rehab has strengthened my shoulder and she makes sure I have to tools I need for complete healing. Tressia and Katina make a tremendous medical team, aligning my medical care along with the knowledgeable and expert chiropractic hands of Dr. Blanco. And where would they be without Jennifer, their manager? “I have not had any problems with this Clinic. I didn't know the process of their eye clinic but had good service otherwise. Have MRI 's also at this clinic. Very friendly staff. Currently under this administration they are short staffed. Hope we get a Republican President that loves our country.“
