I came in for a brow wax and lamination. Haley was incredible for so many reasons. I had a lot of questions and they answered all of them and didn't make me feel stupid. I'm a bigger gal and the massage table was easy to get on/off and was really comfortable. Not only was the suite was decorated so cute, it was clean. The vibes were immaculate. The actual wax and lamination were phenomenal. My brows have never looked better. The tint shade was perfect. The brow shape was perfect. Haley really made me feel pretty and had my brows looking their best. I wouldn't go to anyone else for my brow needs.
I'm very picky on who cuts my hair, well I work in Crossville and my boss recommended 2 Bits and I decided to give them a shot. I've gone here three times so far and every time I've been the ladies that work there have been nothing but nice and polite. Katie is the one that has been cutting my hair when I go and she always cuts my hair just the way I like it. If you're looking to go somewhere new or are in a tight spot and need somewhere with (usually) short wait times I highly recommend checking them out. Keep up the great job ladies!

I had a serious, painful ingrown toenail that I had been unable to fix myself after many attempts. I had tried to see podiatrists, walk in clinics, places advertising pedicures, etc. with a bizarre lack of success. Someone recommended Michele, and she fixed it right away. It was obvious she knew exactly what she was doing.

Crawlspace Kings did an excellent job of cleaning up my crawlspace, repairing our ductwork, and cleaning our vents. Eric and Wyatt were very professional and personable. And made the entire process extremely easy.
Madison did an amazing job of bringing me from dark to light in just one session! Also at my hair appointment, I found out she does hair extensions as well. I have been wanting to have extensions done for a long time. Madison got me quickly and now I have awesome long hair! The prices were extremely reasonable as well!
Renee and I hit it off the first time we met and have become good friends. She is a talented colorist and stylist and my hair has never looked better. But the best part is the fun and relaxing atmosphere of the salon. I come out laughing and feeling beautiful! That’s a great thing!

I am new to the area and we decided last minute to have a wedding. I needed my hair done and contacted the salon. Thank goodness there was a cancellation and I was able to get in that week! I was beyond happy. Janet did an awesome job, was extremely friendly and professional. I have gotten several comments on my color and will definitely be going back. On a side note, Janet texted me after the wedding just to see how everything went. She is so thoughtful! It's hard to find new people for services when you move over 700 miles away, but I'm thrilled to not have to continue this search any longer. ?

I absolutely love this shop! I used to dread having to get a hair cut. I have a deceivingly large amount of hair, it’s super straight, and doesn’t do anything. Stylists never listen to me, do what they want, and I always end up hating my hair. Sam and Moriah LISTEN to me, understand my hair, and execute the styles I come in asking for while taking my difficult hair into account. Also, I’m not a big small-talker. Not a problem here. The conversation is always engaging and/or hilarious and I was shocked at how fairly priced everything is. If you’ve hated every salon you’ve ever gone to, give The Chop Shop a try.

absolutely amazing environment! I got my lashes done by Kaylee Harris almost 3 weeks ago. And I am over the moon about my lashes. I have never gotten so many compliments these past weeks. I am not super big on taking care of my lashes and I have had very minimal fallout! And I am very bad for sleeping on my face!! I am pleasantly surprised at how long they have lasted without needing a fill-in!! Thank u- i will be back :)

Doug is a very talented hair dresser however he is not schooled in modern coloring. He did do exactly what I asked for my cut except for a long side bang but that probably my fault because I asked for a shaping to leave it as long as possible and really only mentioned a long side bang once. He is extraordinarily talented just a bit behind on modern cuts and color. I do highly recommend though and I do feel he can pull off anything he is told to do specifically whether or not he has studied it. He has 40 plus years experience in cutting and coloring hair and there is no substitute for that amount of time!
Sydney did an absolutely phenomenal job on my hair cut! I had gotten my hair cut the week before by a chain store in town and they had truly botched it. It was horribly uneven and had chunks missing out of parts. I legitimately had the same hair style as Lord Farquaad from Shrek. But shorter ?. Because of this Sydney had very little hair to work with, but she still managed to even it out as much as possible and make it look like an actual hair style. Plus she was so nice and very fun to talk to. I absolutely love the way my hair turned out and I'm super excited to have a new hair stylist I trust.

I have had Frank work on many plumbing issues over the past few years. He’s an experienced & very knowledgeable professional. He does quality work at a reasonable price. He is extremely good at diagnosing problems and if it is something he feels is out of his wheelhouse he’ll refer you on to another reliable professional who can get it done, One quality that makes Frank unique in his profession is he NEVER upsells or runs the price. This is a trait I’ve honestly never found in the plumbing profession before.
When he arrives he diagnoses, explains the issues, and goes over pricing in relation to the problem. And he always shows up on time or even earlier.
Yesterday he helped me out with a huge septic piping and tank issue. Referred me to a great company who took care of issues he legally wasn’t licensed to handle and is following up with the last of the work he is licensed for.
I went from having an issue where my ability to use my bathrooms was impossible to fully functional in the same day.

I went to Crawford family chiropractic yesterday as a new patient. My current chiropractor is on medical leave. I was greeted very well. They took me in one day. I got wonderful care. The Dr. understood what my pain issue was. He explained everything he was doing. They have very modern equipment. Everyone was very friendly. I will be returning when needed.

Very friendly staff got me in, in just a couple days. They seem to be less expensive than other places, however 65$ for the doctor to come in for 6 minutes and check my dog is still a bit pricey. I knew that price before coming in because I ask. I'm still satisfied with the knowledge of Dr. Thompson and everyone involved.
Lee is an excellent groomer. She loves on my furbaby as well as the other furbabies in her shop. She is concerned and caring about each individual client. I would highly recommend her and Rachel for all your pets grooming needs.
