Recently had Jackson install a new ac/Heat package unit for my home. Very good experience. The job was done on a few hours. Very clean and professional job. Workers were polite and professional.
I got quotes from 3 other companies and Jackson was also the least expensive for generally the same unit.
I have also used them for the past 6 years for repairs and service. Very happy.

To begin with Thomas Gentry came to my home and listened to my requirements in a new system and proceeded to take copious notes and subsequently put together a very comprehensive quote to replace our 17 year old builder grade system. Thomas was the ONLY contractor to put everything in writing of the six quotes I got on this project. All the others sent an email with a vague scope of work and a price, Thomas Gentry listed out everything they were going to provide and do to replace my existing system. Thomas Gentry with Jackson Heating came to our house to give us our estimate. He was very knowledgeable and gave us a very fair bid. He explained in detail our options for upgrading our system and was very pleasant to work with. The installation crew were prompt with their arrival time and were very efficient with the work they did. They completed the install in less than one day. We appreciated a follow up phone call promptly the next day to make sure we were happy with the work that was performed.
