“I had my first visit with my hygienist and met the doctor today. Both were very pleasant.Right off the bat, when I was at the counter checking in, I saw in the back a gentleman sweeping the hallway. I later found out it was actually Dr. Crowder! I told him it was refreshing to see him helping out like that.Cindy was my dental hygienist. She was really friendly and explained everything in detail, always pausing to make sure I was up to speed and didn’t have any questions.They offered extra services but weren’t pushy about it, which was nice. For instance, they sell the electric toothbrushes in office; they weren’t overpriced and she didn’t try to push it on me. She simply offered and when I declined, she moved on.Overall, I am excited to be with this team. I was a new patient. From start to finish, my visit was about 2 hours (registering, meeting the staff, x-rays, cleaning, meeting the doctor, full dental exam, checkout).Dr. Crowder explained what I needed and why. He was very pleasant and listened to my concerns.I will update after my next visit for a tooth repair and crown, which is coming up here in April.“

She only takes care of what you really need done. My kids love going as well. I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes to get In either.“

“My wife and I have been coming for about a year now. We are so thankful that we found Dr. Larson and his wonderful staff. I have already had fillings and crowns done by him and it feels like nothing was ever done! He is very thorough with explaining things before he goes in and does the work. And he talks through the entire procedure. The office staff take care of insurance and do a great job with no surprises. We are not going anywhere else for dental work. Please note that there was other dentists here a few years ago in this same practice some people may have had bad experiences due to some other doctor I don’t know about. I just know that Dr. Larson is wonderful.“

“Always like coming to this dentist , super laid back. If you like going to a dentist that fixes your problems and actually puts you at easy. I was nervous geting a tooth pulled and it was nothing. They have a fireplace and puting green up front. I saw another review recently about Bonnie that has to be another dentist office because is totally false changing appointments. There is no way they would clean half of somebody mouth. I know 6 people that use crossville smiles and none had this problems.“
