Staff is amazing at all points of contact! Upon walking in and being greeted with a smiling cheery hello to everyone I passed going to pray, exam room, extraction room, and checkout, everyone is so nice and friendly! During procedures I was kept updated and informed which I loved! I was warned if there was going to be pressure and the amount of empathy and compassion about if I was in pain or not so they could help me be more comfortable was exceptional!
My brother’s bottom denture broke in two pieces and he is hearing impaired. While in the waiting room, another patient came in and was quite challenging to handle, but Krystalyn, the receptionist was so sweet and handled the patient with so much respect. She and the whole staff were so kind and patient with my brother. After the visit, we were discussing plans for new dentures when a scheduling conflict came up. We had to come back for 3 more visits and I had to miss work so Brandee, took it on her own to work out a solution to where we could stay and get the first wax impression done the same day and only have to come back for two more visits.
