I personally have not used this company before, but one of there technicians GPS decided to think there was a house down a back trail past my house and down a mountain. He got stuck. between my SxS and 4wd truck and some tow ropes, I was able to get him out. But the point is, the company owners took time to personally hand write me a letter and even sent a check! That was above and beyond in hospitality. I personally enjoyed the morning entertainment since I don’t see to many people up here but because of the owners kind gesture, I will definitely call them first in the future if I need any exterminating.

I called Aaron a few days ago with a lot of questions. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure to explain his thoughts thoroughly. He scheduled Cody to provide our home termite service; he arrived ahead of schedule, was professional, paid attention to all the details with our crawl space, and outside decking, and like Aaron, a super guy to work with.
