Professional , friendly service with competative pricing..what more could you ask for? For 10+ years I have been using Josh at Stay Cool for my HVAC needs at both my personal residence and rental properties. Recently he installed a new Rheem heat pump unit at my home. Even though we were out of state, he communicated via phone and we used our Smart Thermostat to do the final testing. He even noticed our cement pad was not level and brought parts to adjust accordingly. When we got into town, I noticed although the unit was cooling well, it seemed to be louder than I expected. He came here because my unit was freezing up after only a couple hours in use and in 45 minutes he had my unit running like brand new. Will definitely use him in the future for all my hvac needs
