I also come monthly for nail trims, and he's always taken well care of. Even when my buddy got sick, they swiftly checked him out and made some excellent recommendations that lead to a speedier recovery. “I was devastated to learn that my rat terrier had Diabetic Ketogenesis. My heart was shattered. Everyone was kind and patient with me through the whole process. When I let my little girl go, staff was very compassionate. They did not rush me to make a decision.. Vet and staff answered all of my questions. It was a horrible situation but after the vet told me the diagnosis, the treatment plan, she eluded to the cost as thousands of dollars requiring hospitalization (IV and constant monitoring for 3 to seven days) and ended with “she has a very grime prognosis”, my world stopped. “I recently had to bring my dog, a 14 1/2 year old Blue Heeler, in for a splenectomy, and I couldn’t be happier with the care she received. From the initial diagnosis to the surgery and post-op care, the entire team was professional, compassionate, and thorough.

After the surgery, Sasha was understandably groggy when she got home, and as expected, she showed some discomfort, panting and vocalizing for the first two nights. However, it was comforting to see that she behaved exactly as outlined in the detailed post-op instructions, which reassured me that her recovery was on track. By the third day, she was noticeably more comfortable—she even barked and laid on her side, which she hadn't done since the surgery. Now, just four days post-op, she’s recovering incredibly well and no longer seems to need pain medication.

“I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. Dr. Lebel was so patient and kind. I brought my cat in because she had an infection in her right eye. She hates going to the vet and she hasn’t been in two years because she is so aggressive at the other vet I use when she has an appointment. Not only did he treat her eye, she was able to get her vaccinations too without having to be sedated. Dr. Lebel even gave me his cell number in the event of an emergency, he would be willing to come in after hours to see my cat. The front desk staff and every person I encountered that worked there was so friendly. I will definitely be taking her back for annual visits.“

Dr. Darryl King (he performed my elderly dog's high-risk surgery) and his staff were friendly, knowledgable, confident, and effective during a stressful time in my family and pup's life. I was able to make a same-day appointment for my dog's sudden illness, which turned out to require emergency surgery. They were up front about the cost (which actually cost a tiny less than estimated) and non-judgmental about any questions I had. They're my new go-to vet.“
