“Excellent service. The staff are all personable and very friendly. The site itself is very clean and has a nice modern look. The vets and other staff were respectful of our emotions as pet owners but also honest about what they were seeing and what all the potential outcomes could be. The only thing I would say is it was expensive, but not anymore than it would have been going elsewhere. Any honest pet owner would admit when you take on the responsibility of taking care of an animal that it's going to be expensive, especially if you want to give them the best care possible. The staff reached out the following day after our visit to check on my pet and my partner and I, which was a much appreciated touch and when I had questions days later they were prompt with reaching out to me to answer my inquiries. 5 stars, 10/10, whatever scale you want to use. I'll definitely be recommending them to anyone who asks and will continue to go to them for my pets care.
