I always have a great experience with them. Last week I needed to go out of town and my dog was staying at a hotel. He needed updated yearly shots. They took him in within 20 minutes and save the day.

my dog has a hot spot on her head and I wasn’t sure what it was before I brought her in, I was absolutely distraught because she’s my baby and I couldn’t figure out what was wrong aside from the fact her head was raw & irritated from what I figured was scratching. They shaved the spot down and gave me everything she needed and she’s finally starting to heal and in way better spirits. Very grateful to the employees at Pet Vax for being so patient with her and for all your help (I have a husky and she’s got a lot of attitude & can be a lot to handle) you guys are amazing & gave a very worried dog mom some peace.
