I just moved back to the area and chose this vet because of all the great reviews alone.I took 2 of my 3 dogs today for general exams/vaccines/nail trims. One of them is a little *feisty*, but they did so great with him. He could tell he was in good hands because he did not put up a fight when getting examined or getting his nails trimmed. I so appreciate them taking their time with him and making sure he was comfortable.Dr. Finley and all of the staff (front desk included!) were so great and kind. Awesome animal hospital! The receptionists are friendly with great customer service skills, the Vet techs are compassionate professionals and the doctors are some of the best that you’ll ever find! I’m a patient of Dr. Jamie Bishop and I followed her from her last office in Olivebranch, MS to her current practice in Bartlett, TN! My three babies LOVE her! She has a vast knowledge of veterinarian medicine and a true passion for animals! Coupled with an amazing personality and warm bedside manner, this makes her a GREAT doctor! She’s a real gem! So blessed to have her as my veterinarian! May God bless them for all that they do! ?❤️?
