Dr. Cardot and the staff at The Per Hospital Lakeland literally saved my 7 year old GSD’s life. My GSD had a routine spay at another vet and I kept feeling like something was off. After several visits with her previous vet, I came to The Pet Hospital Lakeland for a second opinion. Sarah, the receptionist, was quick to get me in. Dr. Cardot and her assistant, Becka, listened to me throughly. My poor girl had a severe internal infection of her uterine stump and with the staff’s thorough examination was able to do emergency surgery to remove the infection and got her on the correct meds. The manager was super nice and offered to hold my dogs while I went to the restroom haha, she said it was a treat! The Dr. was also very nice, answered all my questions, and was very knowledgeable about everything. I feel like they really care and take good care of my dogs here. Great place!
