Abby’s massage therapy is truly exceptional. Dealing with chronic pain from multiple injuries, I find that her sessions are exactly what I need to stay mobile and keep going. She is incredibly talented and seems to have an intuitive understanding of how to address physical tension effectively.

Beyond her technical skill, Abby is a lovely human being. She has a calm and gentle demeanor that immediately puts you at ease the moment you walk into the room. If you are looking for a practitioner who is both highly competent and genuinely kind, I cannot recommend her enough.

“Excel in Hixson has been my 'go to' place in recent years. Being 83 and still active I have experienced knee problems but Christina has been tremendous in helping me avoid surgery. The most recent 'miracle' was my right shoulder which is all artificial from my right arm to my entire shoulder and collar bones due to a fall 15 years ago. I was afraid that I was going to have to have surgery again. However, Christina worked her magic again. “Miracle worker! I've had a bad back since I was a teenager, which would periodically keep me in bed a couple days, flare ups 3-4 times/year. After 25years of accepting this was my life I went to Andrea, back in 2018. She gave me exercises to do anytime i felt my back going out. As of this 2023 review, 4.5 years after seeing her, my back has not gone out. I just have to do about 2min of exercises she prescribed me, every couple months or so to ward it off. Thanks Andrea, i appreciate how you've made my life so much better!“

“Hi, my name is Alecia. I came into Kindred Care at the end of November. I can honestly say my stay at Kindred Care was very professional. They treated me like family I was from out of town. The care was amazing. The doctors were outstanding and they listen and they were very patient with me and I can honestly say I had a great success at Kindred Care. I would recommend anybody that is having one problems, respiratory problems or just whatever problem that they may have give Kindred Care a call. They have a great team over there.
