Based on the reviews, BenchMark Physical Therapy in Chattanooga, TN (East Brainerd) is a great place for recovery. The team is very personable, attentive, and thoughtful in their approach. Craig and the staff are friendly, caring, and treat patients like family. They are willing to work with a chaotic schedule and are flexible with constant changes. The therapists take a lot of time to help with each step and push patients through just enough for recovery. Patients can trust this team to understand unique needs and focus on the areas that need healing. The experience at this location is awesome, with patients getting back to activities pain-free in just a few weeks. The staff makes patients feel like a new person, and the facility is the BEST place to recover. Highly recommended for any physical therapy needs.
I am so impressed with everyone here! Craig, Pattie, Charles(who is there only for a while), & Victoria. They are all so pleasant to be around. I think they enjoy their work. And boy! They have helped me SOOO much! When I ever need PT again, I definitely want to go there. Thank you so much!
Had great experiences with Craig Wilcox and Benchmark at the East Brainerd office. Went after both of my hip replacement surgeries for rehab. Craig is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. Well run and convenient location. Highly recommend.
Everyone was very nice. Craig, the PT, was awesome in explaining everything to me in a way I could understand. He gave me specific exercises to work on and told me the goal for therapy. I was very impressed with my first visit.
