“Went to the N. Mt Juliet office for my left shoulder. I’d had a mountain bike injury years ago and it had come back to haunt me. Afraid it was my rotator cuff going bad. After an evaluation showed that wasn’t the case and just needed to retrain my shoulder muscles, they started me on stretches. Very soon was given a series of exercises that quickly had me on the right path. After just a few weeks the pain is gone, my range of motion is greatly improved.
