I couldn’t have asked for better or quicker service from Rapid Response. Mike L. has come out twice, both within an hour of when I called. Our busted pipe was fixed in under 1.5 hours and he was very commutative and patient with my questions. I’ve already given a friend this company’s contact information because I had such a good experience!!
I called on a Thursday afternoon and was on the schedule for the next afternoon. They actually contacted me asking if they could show up even earlier than originally planned. On day of, they showed up when they said they would and work was completed timely. Pricing is consistent with others in the area. Highly recommmend for the customer service aspect alone.
