My HVAC system was generating more water than its collection pan and drain could handle. The overflow flooded my basement and the hallway adjacent to it. I called these folks about 9 AM on July 4 (I’m not lying) and Demetrius was at my house within an hour. He stayed most of the day, determined the existing HVAC water drain was 40 feet long (the standard maximum is 20 feet); the unit just wasn’t draining all the water it generated. he placed an assist pump at the halfway mark and a shut off trigger at the HVAC water collection pan to shut off the HVAC if the water level in the tray got too high. From the early morning call where a live person actually answered the phone to getting a same day appointment, I was very pleased. The technician who came out was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately and find the parts needed to fix it.
