We cannot say enough positive things about Joel and Pam at Celebration Homes! From the beginning, they represented the builder with professionalism and made sure we were able to close on our new home without any delays.
During our blue-tape walkthrough, they were incredibly thorough and identified items that we had not even noticed ourselves. After moving in, we discovered a few additional defects, including water damage shortly before leaving for vacation. Joel immediately took charge, ensured the source of the leak was accurately identified, coordinated all the necessary subcontractors, and made sure the repairs were completed while we were away.

Pam and Tim were completely integral to the process, guiding us every single step of the way and helping us navigate all the big decisions with ease. Our home search journey was about 4 months long; looking at lots to build and new homes already built. We had visited Sycamore Grove but couldn't find a model that fit our needs. We went back a 2nd time and talked further with Kim. We were able to pick the lot we wanted and build from the ground up. She let us know that we could make some modifications to the build to accommodate our needs. Unknowingly the model home was the perfect home with a few modifications!
