“Had a septic line issue at our cabin at Regina Beach, 3 days before our annual family & friends weekend/BBQ at the lake. Action squeezed us in when they learned of the timing issue and Logan (who was very knowledgeable about Regina Beach hillside slumping issues) came out the next morning and evaluated, then diagnosed the issue and got us back in working order again, while clearly explaining what had happened and how to mitigate this in the future. Thanks very much Logan and Roy for helping us out of a tight spot!
