I called on September 19th to request an install on a new graphics card. They were busy, so I tried to be patient. I called again a week or two later. they said that they were still busy, but assured me that they would work on getting to me. On the 19th it will have been 2 months with no contact.
I called after the owner left a review, and they came out to help with the service very promptly. I really appreciated the follow up! Elijah was very friendly, and professional, he did great work!
I don't think I can say enough good things about my experience at Green Eggs and Ram. First, the people are fantastic, completely prepared for any service you might need for your computer, and any tech question you may have.
We just bought a new laptop from them, and they made the data transfer so seamless I simply had to plug in our new computer and start browsing.
Special shout out for Robert, really helpful and patient, and a wonderful manner. Have been a customer for a number of years and see no reason
to go anywhere else for our computer needs.
These guys are awesome I couldn't recommend enough! I brought in my NZXT pre build gaming PC that was having motherboard issues. They diagnosed it quickly, gave me a price, and even helped me pick out better RAM to install! If I have issues I'll will be back. They do great work, techs are super knowledgeable and helpful! 5 stars.
