“I had a great experience! I came in with an issue with my charging port, and they were kind enough to clean it for free. They were professional, quick, and extremely helpful. My device is charging perfectly now, and I’m very thankful my issue was resolved without any hassle. I really appreciate their honesty and excellent customer service—highly recommend!”
“I was pleasantly surprised by their timeliness, communication, diagnostics, and overall service. They diagnosed a failed CPU in under 1.5 hours, ordered a replacement, updated my MOBO BIOS, and had it back to me within a week. And this was all over the 4th of July holiday. I'm impressed, and without pretension, I can say that I am hard to impress. The staff here are knowledgeable and resourceful. Jerid was amazing to work with, patient and generous with his time. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would absolutely recommend them. Work with these guys. Thank them later.”
