Writing this review on the NEW Dell Inspirion 15 laptop I just bought from CRAIG's. Took my 8 year old Dell in, which was determined to have a bad motherboard. I was already prepared to buy a new laptop anyway, but was so impressed with CRAIG's service and professionalism, not to mention the very competitive prices he had on "new" laptops, that I simply bought one from him. I also bought a remote DVD writer at a very competitive price as well.CRAIGs also salvaged all of my old data, settings, folders and bookmarks, and applied them to my new Dell. SWEET !!! Brought in a laptop on Monday that needed an upgrade to Windows 10 and to determine why it wasn't connecting to my home network. Picked it up Wednesday morning and Craig told me everything did not go smoothly as they needed to find workarounds to get Windows 10 installed properly. But when I brought it home and connected it to my network, all went well. I couldn't be more satisfied with the work he did and the price was beyond fair. Highly recommend.

Great "no-nonsense" and "exactly what I needed" computer service. Straight forward fair pricing. Easy to work with. Just a great local computer business. We continue to be customers!
