I had a jump drive go bad. Another respected place in Sioux Falls was recommended but they could not recover anything. Reading the reviews on here, I dedided to try Craig's. DTravis said to leave it on a Thursday afternoon. Travis called on Monday morning and said they were done. They saved everything and transfered to a new drive.
