I took some big risks when decide to call Bit's-N-Byte in hopes of repairing my Playstation 2 because it couldn't receive power. They had no physical office and transactions had to be done over the phone which my folks considered a red flag. However I was willing and accepting the risks to get my console fixed. It took three weeks for the repair work but they did it. My PS2 is now able to play games again.

I was a bit skeptical at first because of how they operate, now that they don't have a store front and do everything out of there house. I decided to give them a chance since finding somebody locally that will fix a ps5 and not just send it off someplace else was actually pretty difficult. We were not let down. Their communication was on point, and there customer service was excellent. The only negative is that the HDMI cord they gave us was defective, but that is NO fault of theirs and they offered to replace it. The repairs on the console are working perfectly. We couldn't be happier with our decision to go with bits-n-bytes, they will be my first stop if I have any repair needs in the future.

I brought in some chips that had to be soldered it took about a week and they went above my asking and made sure nothing else was wrong with the chips! They replaced the other errors without even having to ask!! Im so grateful I found someone who will work on my printer parts!!
