“The original service was excellent. My heat pump had declined in efficiency for a year or so. As expected, coolant had slowly leaked over the last 10 years and Jeremy replaced it and added a “stop leak”. He returned and rechecked for leaks a week later. The coolant is very expensive.
Update: 7 months later I got maintenance visit and all was fine. Isaac was very nice. BUT the next day my system shut down because the condensate stopped draining (a sensor in the drip pan tripped which is normal, I learned later). Jordan came out the next day and vacuumed the drip pan and got it going. I can’t say why this happened. He also caulked a hole at drain pipe origin that didn’t belong. (?)
Jordan was also very nice, professional and thorough.
(I think drain pipes are supposed to work from simple gravity but maybe a siphon action is also needed and a bubble interrupted flow (?))
