“I wish I could use them for every household issue that could possibly come up. We purchased our home last year and needed to replace our upstairs unit as well as perform repairs on our downstairs unit so we called airone. Every single call made resulted in same day service and repairs! A few weeks ago our crawlspace flooded and took out our air handler so we called and within a couple hours a tech arrived. We used airone and carolina climate to fully replace our system as well as all duct work and the job took 4 days (as quoted) to complete. They are just an absolute pleasure to work with and all around great group of folks. To say I would recommend them to anyone is a understatement! “Glad I got to this place early to back into dock!! This place is small! You can't back off the small 2lane road. You actually have to go into their parking lot where the cars park and blind back along side of bldg to the back where the dock is located !! I'm thankful though! But I drive a 18 wheeler sleeper big truck with a 53' trailer behind me! Crazy I know. Definitely need a little more room! Take care“
