“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We were doing some construction and ripped out a rug and found saturated plywood underneath. We traced it back to our HVAC. Daniel was at the house by lunch and got us up and running. We knew we were on borrowed time with our current system, he quoted us the price for a new system. The had several financing options as well. The next day RJ, Adam, and Jackson came and installed our new HVAC system! They worked quickly, cleanly, and made sure we understood the new thermostat before they left. “I’ve been very happy with Carolina heating service. Lucas was very knowledgeable in diagnosing my heat pump problem. He was very personable and professional. I was surprised at how fast he diagnosed and fixed the problem. Carolina heating installed the Trane system and duct work 15 years ago and it has always worked well. Actually this is the first time it has broke down. The fan and capacitor burn out after 15 years. Amazing it lasted that long . Lucas is a great Tech for Carolina Heating. ?“
