“I completed my therapy program with Amanda last week . When I started 8 weeks ago my goal was to be able to drive to Columbia and back, about 5 hours, without severe pain in my leg that started after hip replacement surgery. I really wanted to get down to see my brother that was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. Amanda was able to identify the nerve that was being affected and set up a program of stretching and strengthening for me. She pushed me each session and gave me specific ones to do at home.
Last wee, the day after my last session I drove to Columbia and back without ANY leg pain. I thank the Lord for all Amanda and Benchmark did for me.
