CenterWell Home Health - Greenville, SC provides compassionate and professional care to its patients. The staff is knowledgeable and effective, with a nurse visiting regularly to assess progress and order necessary supplies. Physical therapists are skilled and supportive, tailoring exercises to meet individual needs. The team is friendly, professional, and dedicated to helping patients recover and improve their health. Patients praise the excellent service and care provided by the home nurses and therapists. They are described as fantastic, professional, and caring, always knowing exactly what the patient needs. The therapists are skilled at pushing patients just the right amount, adjusting based on the patient's needs and abilities that day. Patients feel comfortable and confident in the care they receive, and are grateful for the awesome service.
Liz was my PT for help with recovery after a major abdominal surgery. Liz is an excellent listener, is caring and able to offer different ways to reach the same goal. She worked with me at my level and supported my advancement. I had had Liz for PT back in November and December after a previous surgery and was so happy with her care and assistance that I wanted to be sure I worked with her this time as well. She is a valuable asset to the Centerwell team and a professional and caring provider.
I was very happy with my PT Liz. She was so caring and tried her best to help me in the crazy situation that I was in. I would recommend her to anyone needing a kind and caring PT. Eric was absolutely wonderful when he did his evaluation to release me from home health and on the outpatient. He was a wealth of information that was very valuable to us. Leah, who stepped in for Eric for my 30 day evaluation was also very helpful with so much information I could use in my rehab. Unfortunately, none of the above were able to see any improvement in my situation with my foot, but I am not giving up that an answer will be found and I will be able to bend my ankle again and...read full review
