I started going to Myomuv about 8 weeks ago. I was training for a half marathon and from a combination of over training and poor flexibility I needed some help. My knee was swollen, in pain, and lacked mobility. It hurt to fully extend my leg and stand up out of a chair…. 8 weeks later after working with Dr. Andy Noel on a weekly basis (with daily homework and check ins ??) I was able to run the race and squeak out a 45 second PR!

Andy is very knowledgeable and really seems to care about getting his patients pain free. I'm 55 years old and recently started working out. I quickly discovered several aches and pains that were hampering my progress. I went with Myomuv based off of a facebook ad. Andy addressed my pains in order of importance for me and has either corrected or greatly improved each item (I had shoulder, elbow, knee and suit bone issues).I am pleased with the results I got and the time frame it took to get there.
