They not only helped me manage and significantly improve my pain throughout pregnancy, but they also equipped me with targeted exercises to build strength and prepare my body for birth. I was so prepared that my labor and delivery nurse actually asked who my pelvic floor physical therapist was because I was so in tune with my body when it came time to push (even with an epidural!). If you’re considering pelvic floor PT during pregnancy or postpartum, I cannot recommend Body Works enough. I am incredibly thankful I made the investment and look forward to continuing care with them as I rebuild strength in this postpartum season.“
