Dr. Lydia and the staff at Body Work's have been so compassionate and helpful in my post partum recovery! I have felt supported and given all the tools to regain my strength after giving birth. If you are considering pelvic floor therapy after birth, this place is it.
Highly recommend! As women we forget to put our own health first. They make it easy to see improvements and meet goals. I never would have thought to seek out such therapy but I'm so glad I was introduced and able to benefit.
I can’t talk highly enough about Dr. Elizabeth! She was so kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. She helped me heal completely from birth and my body feels even better than it did before I had a baby! PT at body works was the best investment I ever made!
