After a tree fell from my property across a neighbor's fence, multiple contractors either didn't return calls or quoted exorbitant prices for the repair before I found Precision. I was quoted a fair price and they even worked around my schedule. Mike arrived on time and did a remarkable job; almost impossible to see where the damage had been. Nice to see that craftsmanship like this still exists in today's world. Needless to say, we highly recommend Precision Fencing and would absolutely call them again.

Their professionalism, timeliness, attention to detail, and commitment to excellent service make this difficult overtaking less painful. We wanted to have our mother's grave completely done with the stone covering engraved with a poem, and the headstone completed by Mother's Day. Although we were told that the process would take many months after making our request in February, we were speechless when everything was in place before Mother's Day. I popped in on a whim and in a bit of a hurry. They were surprisingly quiet for a Friday afternoon. The lady that greeted me was super friendly and then I was directed to a chair where Angel gave me the best pedicure I have had in ages.
She was so thorough. I cringed when she pulled out the pointed trimmers because I have been hurt with those before, but she trimmed my nails amd cleaned everything up perfectly. No pain at all. She did a great job with my calluses and was thorough but didn't file anything too much. She did a beautiful job on my nails and was so meticulous she used a paintbrush with acetone to clean up all around my edges. I have had SO many pedis where they just left the over-painted parts and said they would wear off. Which, they do, but still...
Angel was so great I got her name so I can request her when I return. Because I WILL return from here on out. I suggest you request her, too, but only if you tip well ?

I absolutely love her she fixed my hair that was cut uneven and boxy. She styled it so it complemented my curls and the shape of my face. She is so personable and kind. She has an amazing bubbly personality and I always love how much she enjoys what she does!

All I can say is amazing!! I came to The Penthouse Spa for an Brazilian wax and left feeling Amazing!! From start to finish the whole experience was awesome; Antiqunette walked me through the whole process which made me feel at ease. Just the whole Atmosphere was peaceful and had great energy! My husband and I got a couples massage. It was very good. It was about a two month long wait but we definitely enjoyed it. My only concern is that massages are mainly available on Tuesdays at noon and very seldom Saturdays.

I didn't want to suffer another fall/winter closed in my large 4 bedroom home in which I have 2 of my grandsons and their families staying with us. Our duct work hasn't been cleaned for decades and with the extra bodies, we desperately needed it. I searched online for a reliable company who had Great Reviews and years of experience, when I found Premier. Ron came to my rescue the next day and spent over 4 hours cleaning all my ducts and vents. He found dirt and mold in all of them and showed me before and after photos of everything he saw and did. It was disgusting to say the least. He explained what we should do to continue to keep them safe and sanitized. | will definitely take his advice. Don't hesitate to have it done like I did. I too was assigned WJA by home warranty to repair a toilet that we ended up just replacing. They were great. really nice and helpful. Told me about an issue with my floor that needed to be dealt with - they don't do that kind of work and didn't refer me they were just looking out for a customer. You don't get that a lot anymore these days. I would have hired them to do the floor work if that was something they did.Working with home warranty companies can be frustrating for both customer and contractor - I think we need to remember that when making judgements about the contractors they send out to us. I will say working with 2-10 has been overall pleasant. Much better than my experience with AHS. I appeciate WJA being willing to work with them and doing such a nice job.

The lady who answers the phone is so kind and understanding and Ashley was my technician and he was able to take care of my issue the first time coming out and he also took the time to answer all my questions and explain the whole process to me. I did not truly realize the difference in having a professional who truly cares about doing their job vs what I could do myself or someone only in it for the money could make. They are a local business which is nice because it keeps the profit in our community as opposed to the big corporate companies (who even quoted me higher). I plan on using them for preventative yard maintenance such as ants regularly now! I couldn’t even imagine calling another company as long as I live in Sumter and they are open!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I had an excellent experience with them from the estimate to the final job. Jeremy provided great information and timeline for work to be done. The crew arrived, got started and at each phase of the pruning/trimming checked with me before moving to next part. I have to mention that the tree, a live oak, covers 80% of my backyard and is over 100+ years old. I didn't get the young man's name in the bucket, but he was phenomenal. The rest of the crew were also great! Other than tracks, you could not tell they had been here after the clean up.

I had my two front teeth extracted last Tuesday and went back today to try out another partial I give the business four stars because of the cost being affordable and Dr. Ray knows his dentistry. However, nobody asked me how I was feeling after the surgery of my two front teeth. Your front teeth is your entire smile and speech! The dental assistant asked me why I was there today when she should have known that. The Doctor never came into my room to check on me and when I left he was standing right in the area to exit looking at his phone. Guess what? He missed another opportunity to speak to his patient like someone who cares about his patients. Dr. Ray may be skilled at what he does but sucks in the department of showing compassion to his patient. I guess I have to be someone that is of higher standing and known to get some doctor- patient courtesy and compassion.

I’ve been to Dr Harkey several times for maintenance since living in SC over the last couple of years, but recently I went in in severe pain and almost in tears. He immediately recognized my discomfort and was very compassionate and his adjustment had me feeling 90% better the next day.
There customer service is beyond excellent. Dr. Hudson was a cool, down earth guy who seemed to have love for animals. The staff was friendly and helpful the entire time. Really good clinic who makes no excuses for emergency situations, they only have answers. Great veterinarian facility overall.

This is the only kennel we use. Our dog, Chopper, seemed quite happy to return on his last visit, even trying to open the door himself! Everyone we've spoken with has been very kind, and the facility is reasonably priced.
The staff takes personal interest in each pet. They are exceptionally kind and knowledgeable.
Hands down the best vet in Sumter in my opinion. Thorough, professional, knowledgeable; excellent “bedside manner”. They obviously love animals and what they do and it shows. Dr. G explains things in an easy to understand manner and will even show pictures from vet care books to help explain what you’re seeing on your pet. They are thoughtful and compassionate and just everything you would want in veterinary care.
10/10? No! 100/100!!! Five stars!!!
I have a Yorkie that I recently had spayed they've treated her so kind the staff and the Vets are amazing they're always there for you
I was very impressed with the customer service we received. The receptionist was so helpful by working us into the schedule on a Saturday. My dog had been scratching his ear and shaking his head all night it was inflamed . The technician and doctor were fantastic and took very good care of Domino!

I really love this place! Mrs. Wendy does a great job running it, and her staff is always very nice and welcoming. My dog has been going here for 7 years, and I’ve always felt like he’s in great hands. I highly recommend them!
Ty is the first in Sumter that can do a true deep tissue massage for the level of tension I sometimes carry in my body. I've tried a free in Sumter and he's the best! Professional, punctual and great prices! I've been twice and will be back for round 3.

Mike is great at helping you release stress... I have issues with my feet, ankles, knees, lower back, etc... he knows where the pressure points are to release the pain in your body. He is extremely professional, I go every other week, for the last 6 months, and he is the best at what he does, I highly recommend him
Dominique is a very gifted professional and friend with great hands. She pinpointed all areas and results that were lasting. Communicated well and put me at ease immediately. She truly cares about her clients, and makes the best tea to help with your recovery. She exceeded my expectations and truly made a difference.

Susan is the absolute best! My condition has been so painful and I wanted a solution that didn't involve so much medication all the time. I feel great after every session. Susan also has such a kind, sweet spirit that makes you want to come back. If I could give her 10 stars I would!
