Had to go for an ingrown toe infection caused by a pedicure. First time going to a podiatrist, so was a bit nervous. I was able to get in 3 days after my Tricare Referral was sent in, which was a blessing considering the holiday season coming up. There was no wait time, and Dr. Awa was absolutely amazing. She was kind, comforting, and extremely knowledgable. The procedure was quick and painless. I. am so grateful to have been referred to this office!
The people & doctor at this place are great. The problem is the call center needs alot of work. Over the past few months, I'll call to schedule an appointment. I've done this multiple times and am told someone will call me back & when I wait a week, they say the same thing. The only way I can schedule an appointment is if I physically go into the place. The lady who answers the phone usually has a thick accent and she says her. Ame is Leah or Lean. This company needs a direct li e I stead of using g a call center terminal that as poor performance. Dr Melcher has been doing my toenails for years and I will not go anywhere else. She does a great job and is very professional. Matter of fact the whole office from the time you walk in the front door to the time you leave is very professional and pleasant
