Our friend recommended us to this vet when we got our first kitten and I cannot recommend them enough! Dr. Gerard and Lois both obviously care very much. Anytime something arises they have made time for us to make sure our cats get the care they need. I love the honesty this vet has, it never feels like they are trying to oversell or make you do unnecessary things but just want you need to have a happy healthy pet. The advice we have gotten from Dr. Gerard has been indispensable to me and my husband in our kitten journey.

Hands down the best vet in Sumter in my opinion. Thorough, professional, knowledgeable; excellent “bedside manner”. They obviously love animals and what they do and it shows. Dr. G explains things in an easy to understand manner and will even show pictures from vet care books to help explain what you’re seeing on your pet. They are thoughtful and compassionate and just everything you would want in veterinary care.
10/10? No! 100/100!!! Five stars!!!

Dr. Gerard and Ms. Lois are awesome and went above and beyond to take care of our fur baby. They showed sympathy and compassion, they have provided care for our pets for 22 years wouldn’t think of taking our fur babies anywhere else or entrust their care to anyone else.
