I’m absolutely pleased with the septic tank service I received! My tank was scheduled to be emptied at 8 a.m., but I received a call telling me that Mr. Thames was running late because he’d gone to an even earlier appointment and had been working extremely hard to uncover a tank that was in an area that kept flooding due to the downpour of rain. I admired him for the hard work even though it had nothing to do with me. When he finally got to my house, he worked quickly to pump the tank. After finishing, he came to my door an offered a sincere apology for his late arrival. I didn’t need an apology, but I was totally impressed with his sincerity and professionalism....read full review
