I was taken to a room right away, as I have a cat I was glad for that! The Technician and Doctor were very caring and explained everything in a way I could understand. The visit was efficient and pleasant, and I definitely will choose this practice for my primary.

Seriously, if there are any negative reports on this veterinary hospital, it is a fabrication! These people treat us like family and take care of our animals in a way that the animal feels comfortable as well as the people. I always understand the treatment and we are so blessed to have them in Sumter!

I could praise a lot about this visit. We weren't pressured or made to feel guilty about treatments we couldn't afford, the entire staff was accommodating and nice, the doctor was understanding and knew what to do, not to mention the cozy feel of the examination rooms! Yes! Examination rooms! Cozy! My normally terrified-of-the-vet cat was the calmest I have seen her at a vet in years. We will be bringing her back for her shots, and our other cat will also be going here from now on.
