First I want to say that the stylist that I am giving a review on is my daughter, Chelsea who is a stylist at Cost Cutters in Sumter. I am very proud of her professionalism, skills and the pride she takes in her craft. I have recommended her to many of my friends who have all been satisfied with her services and have become regular clients. She graduated from Kenneth Shuler’s Cosmetology School in Columbia. After she graduated and started working in Sumter, Mr. Shuler would drive from Columbia to get her to cut his hair. I think this speaks volumes about her talent and ability. This is one of the best salons in Sumter! I am so lucky to have found Chelsea to do my hair. I get so many compliments on the color and style of my hair since I've been going to see her, and I feel so blessed. All the girls in the salon are very good so you can take your pick from any of the stylist, and get great results!

Went to Cost Cutters today and I will definitely go back! Andy was my stylist and my hair came out amazing. Andy cut, colored and styled my hair to perfection as well as gave me tips and was extremely nice. I'm so happy with my new look!!
