“When all your toilets are not flushing at 930 at night u r skeptical about calling a 24/7 number. But we took a chance and called and the kindest man answered the phone and said he could be at our house in 40 minutes. He was just as kind in person, professional and was able to fix our problem. I will be forever grateful and highly recommend him”
“Local Mechanical Heating & Air was wonderful to work with during a very unfortunate situation in one of the hottest months here in Charleston. Our HVAC system went out, and they were able to come diagnose the problem very quickly and promptly presented us with multiple options. We ultimately decided to go with a new HVAC system.
To hold us over until the new system could be installed, the owner even let us borrow portable air conditioners and helped set them up, which was incredibly thoughtful and made a stressful situation so much more manageable.
The new system was installed promptly, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Everyone we worked with was thorough, professional, and genuinely thoughtful throughout the process. We highly recommend Local Mechanical Heating & Air!”
“Really Appreciate all they did for me and my family. They are both very professional and friendly. She answered all my questions and more. He was very patient with me during the process - I tend to ask a lot of questions. The level of customer service from them was beyond expectations. Love having great people to work with. It's been a few weeks and everything has been working great. I would highly recommend them and use them for future projects.”
