“First Class Painting and Restoration did a wonderful job on remodeling our master bathroom and master closet. We had a small shower stall and a useless bathtub. They removed both. They took out the shower stall and cut an opening in the wall, put up drywall to extend the master bedroom closet. Where the bathtub was that is now this beautiful walk-in shower. Melinda went with me to select all the tile. I picked out a large marble blue tile for the wall, another blue marble tile for the shower floor, and a complimentary tile for the bathroom floor and extended it into the closet also. It now feels like showering in the clouds. I have more room in my master closet, which we know every woman needs (I gave my husband more space too). They also installed a new medicine cabinet with LED lights in the doors and another fixture above it. They painted the walls, doors, trim, and repainted the existing built-in vanity from dark cherry to white. They showed up on time, and were very professional. I highly recommend them.“

He helpfully answered all of our questions and offered suggestions about what we might do in the future to better care for the well, all while never seeming the least bit pushy about trying to sell us anything. All of this was completed for what we found to be a reasonable price.We now are happy to have Sanders Deep Well as our only company for everything to do with our well system.“

Unfortunately, the Home Owners Association & Building permit process took some time, although no fault of Special Additions. Once work started it was completed in a very timely manner and the job site was cleaned up daily. Chris the installer did an amazing job.
