From the beginning Michael was always available for calls and questions. His communication is exceptional and we always knew what was going on. Beautiful tile work. Repaired some flooring and plumbing that needed to be fixed. Took care to protect our wood floors and minimize the inevitable dust. He is very receptive to feedback.
