“Roof replacement. Interior water damage remediation, and complete floor replacement.
I had a very rigorous insurance claim that lasted a year. NBC was very professional and gave me guidance on navigating the insurance claim process. My project manager Alex May was easy to work with and very responsive with communication. The quality of work on everything was top notch. Would hire again.”
“Joe fixed our bathroom leak by replacing the faulty hardware with the proper hardware and patched the wall back up and repainted the wall (with the perfect color match) where he had to cut out to diagnose. You can’t even tell there was a hole there. Joe took the time to explain everything to me of what our issue was and how he fixed it. He explained the cost and any thing that would cost extra so that nothing was a surprise. He was on time, explained how long the job will take, and very thorough. Very professional work. My husband and I will definitely use Cransten again for our house projects in the future.”
“From sales with Nick to installation with Lucas., it was a very good experience. I was updated at each step outlined in contract. No hesitation in recommending.”
