Mike and his team have completed some large residential projects for me and I cannot say enough about their quality work. Mike provides a reliable quote at the outset, sends workers who I can trust to be at my home without me present, and answers my questions throughout the process. He has always been able to shift on a dime as I change my mind and has the experience to provide guidance and creativity. His crew cleans thoroughly upon completion and returns to finish small tasks before seeking final payment. I trust them with any project, large or small.

I need to update my review after an initial misunderstanding and a less than satisfactory communication attempt with Taylor Coastal Construction, Inc. My initial attempts to reach out were met with challenges, including unreturned calls and a regrettable interaction that left much to be desired in terms of professionalism and customer service.However, I was pleasantly surprised when the owner personally reached out to me to apologize for the misunderstanding and the earlier communication issues.
