“Luisa at the salon was absolutely wonderful. I had booked a cut & color with her that I ended up running behind for and thought I was going to have to cancel. Luckily she was able to reschedule me the same day with such a short notice, and was extremely understanding and kind about the entire situation. Not only was she wonderful company and conversation the entire time, but I have never left a salon feeling more confident than I did that day. She brought life back to my hair that I haven’t seen in years, along with being able to perfectly achieve the color I wanted without any issues and listened to any concerns or wants I had throughout the entire visit.
