Customer service, especially front desk is fantastic! Hang on to those 2 ladies! Estetician is very professional, yet it seems as though this location needs to equip her with more tools in order to provide top notch services.Store could definitely use more products up front to display/sell. Especially lotions and body oils. There are ZERO (that were observable). Not so great for an establishment that specializes in "body care". Overall, I would highly recommend all the staff and not so much the products/current services without first equipping staff with more ability to perform their jobs.

I had a facial with Rika. No one has ever asked me so many questions about my skincare routine. She was very detail oriented in her history, documentation, and treatment. And, she did not try to sell me an expensive skincare line on the way out. I appreciated her expertise and would highly recommend her for facials.

This is a new massage envy. The front staff was nice and the massage was solid. The GPS address will throw you off a little. You actually have to drive around the corner from target in order to get to massage envy.
