“I had a rather unique experience at this store. From the time I walked in, the team was sweet, complimentary and asked if I needed help. I took them up on it. But the girl who tried to help me went to check if this perfume was in stock, came back told me it wasn’t and asked me if I wanted to try a different kind???!! Ummm, no…I want what I asked for. She had no clue when the next shipment would be in or when it would be restocked. And looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language when I asked, stating “What do you mean?” Enter the lead cashier, Ms.Sherry. She asked if I found everything okay and I told her my issue with the perfume. She stopped everything, looked in the app which showed the perfume was actually IN stock! Then she left the register to come back with my perfume in hand and a coupon and asked me to try it. It worked! Then she told me I had points to use! Not only did she save the day, she saved me $24!! I cannot recommend Ms. Sherry and the more seasoned store veterans, enough!!“
