“I read the reviews from another that led me here. I decided to try it after reading several and found it fairly accurate. The shop is in a small shopping center with immediate parking, although close to the street. Hope a.k.a. Desiré greeted me as did the rest of the shop. After a brief consult, she explained what my appointment would entail...wash retwist and a style, but it was extra. They have online scheduling and took a few different options of payment. I used Cashapp of which a $30 nonrefundable deposit is used to secure the appointment time, but applied to the total amount once you are there. My estimated time was 2 hours, but it was closer to 4hrs to finish. I wasn't really in a rush, but considering the steady stream of customers, I didn't feel like the 25mins I waited... was that long. Hope seemed efficient and caring (checking to make sure my locs were not too tight) once she started on me all while multi-tasking between me and another customer. My experience was pleasant, including the small talk. Overall, I felt Hope was professional and knowledgeable. My mom and sisters liked my new do, and I do too! Thanks, I think I will be back!“
