Just moved to the area and like doing using with family owned businesses. They gave me an appointment in one day and the technician was amazing. He was patient, professional and very thorough. I am getting a twice a year service and I know they will do a great job. I am so thrilled I found Pender Brothers. Just had my six month check up and once again so very pleased with their service. Outstanding customer experiences!!!We have had a twice year maintenance contract for a number of years which they meet regularly with QUALIFIED LONG-TERM industry veterans. Their protocol includes drain line cleanings, component measurements, Freon checks, temperature checks, coil checks, etc. A several hour complete "going over" and "testing". They keep detailed records of every parameter for future comparison.All technicians - Kelly, Eugene, and Jack are professionals yet personable and friendly.
