When my AC broke P&W were by far the fasted to respond. Steven showed up right away and fixed my AC unit quickly. He was very transparent about the costs and had good advice on how to care for my unit. When I had an AC emergency P&W was there for me

Answered soon as I called. Quoted 1 hour. Was here in 1 hour. Worked around our family and pet. HVAC back up and running on a Saturday for a great price. Will be referring to our peers. Installed a brand new Ecobee for us.

I was so scared to call a Hvac service for my AC but P & W sure saved the day and explained everything to me while he was working. Was on time and didnt take him long at all and I have AC again!
