It took six months but Exact Flooring did fight for us with the manufacturer to have it replaced. Eventually the flooring was replaced with flooring from a different manufacturer. “Had lots of remodeling of 3 bathrooms, closet redesign, wood floors installed in bedrooms. Working with Rocco Remodeling was a pleasure and Hayner had great ideas that combined with my visions. Since it was a very complex job, it took numerous months. Covid played into the timeframe causing shortages of materials and coordinating of sequencing of labor. However, the results are stellar.We also had them paint our house which was a change of paint color and shutters accented in a grey color. Again the job looks fantastic.I recommend this remodeling company and possibly have materials acquired before the demolition starts. It was worth the wait but might have been easier to live in if over a shorter period of time“
