ETA: 2 months later and Brandon still won't return phone calls nor stand behind the warranty.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. After a botched initial installation, the floors were reinstalled under warranty. We're a year into warranty work and the floors still aren't correct. To make matters worse, they never answer the phone and it takes months for an appointment once you get ahold of them.

This is one of the worst contractors I've ever had the misfortune of receiving service from. The Summerville division has failed to show on 3 occasions to do repair work on their own shoddy installation. The original install revealed shards of glass when one of the floorboards was lifted for inspection. Apparently the crew this morning simply refused to report for duty. Meanwhile, my downstairs has appliances strewn about the place because they needed to be moved as part of the preparation. I will always remember this experience with absolute disgust for Builders Wholesale Flooring.
